What we do

We help BJJ, MMA, boxing, and Muay Thai gyms run the whole business from one platform: member onboarding, class scheduling, direct debit payments, ticketed events, fight camp programs, PT package sales, and coach-to-member messaging.

The platform is mobile-first — members track goals and check-ins on their phones; coaches manage clients between sessions on theirs. Every gym gets its own branded experience, public timetable, and lead-capture pages.

Why we exist

Generic gym software wasn't built for the way combat sports gyms operate. Members aren't consumers of a class catalogue — they're training toward goals their coaches set. Revenue isn't just monthly memberships — it's PT bundles, fight camps, ticketed shows, and seminars.

We built Combat Vault to fit the way the sport actually runs.
