These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and Combat Vault Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17075177, with its registered office at 4 Riverside Avenue, Chorlton, Manchester, M21 7PU, United Kingdom ("we", "our", "us").
The "Service" means the Combat Vault platform we operate at combatvault.io and any subdomains we host on behalf of gyms.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
You must be at least 16 to create a Combat Vault account. If you're creating an account on behalf of a gym or other organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to do so on its behalf and to bind that organisation to these Terms.
You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done through your account. Tell us as soon as you suspect any unauthorised use.
We may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that puts other users, our providers, or our business at risk.

Some features are only available on a paid plan. The price, billing cycle, and what's included are shown when you subscribe. Card payments are taken by Stripe and Direct Debit collections by GoCardless. We don't store full card details.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel them from inside your account. If a payment fails we may suspend access until it's corrected.
We don't offer pro-rated refunds for unused subscription time. If you think you've been charged in error, email us and we'll review it case by case. If you're a consumer in the UK, your statutory cancellation rights are not affected.
You can connect third-party accounts to the Service. When you do, you authorise us to use the data and permissions that connection provides, only for the purposes you've chosen in the platform.
You can disconnect any connected account at any time from your settings, and revoke access from inside the third-party platform.
You keep ownership of anything you upload, write, or otherwise put into the Service. You grant us the limited licence we need to host, display, and process that content so that the Service works.
The Service itself, including the software, design, and Combat Vault brand, belongs to us. You can't copy, reverse engineer, or build a competing product from it without our written permission.

If you're using the Service to manage members or leads, you're responsible for making sure you have the right to collect and store their data, and for giving them any required notices and choices under data protection law.
You can close your account at any time. Once you do, we'll delete the account's data after a short wind-down period, unless we're required to keep it for tax or other legal reasons. If you connected an Instagram or Facebook account, you should also revoke access from inside those platforms.
We aim to keep the Service running but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may need to take parts of the platform offline for maintenance or to fix a problem. We'll give reasonable notice where we can.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law.
Subject to that, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim connected to the Service is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
The Service evolves. We may add, change, or remove features. When we update these Terms we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If a change is material we'll email account holders. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be heard in the courts of England and Wales.
